Gábor Vajta was born in Hungary long ago. He is a human pathologist, but in 1989 he started to work in embryology, and since 1994 he lives in either Denmark or Australia.
He is a kind of professor in three institutions of three continents, has three doctoral degrees and is author of approx. 150 book chapters or full papers as well as 5 funny patent applications. During the past 20 years, he
was predominantly interested in cryopreservation,
somatic cell nuclear transfer, mammalian embryo
culture and masochistic outdoor sports.
Actually and finally he lives in the most beautiful
city of the world, Cairns, Queensland, Australia,
while being involved in various scientific
activities (i.e. research, consultancy,
teaching, dining) in Asia, Europe,
South-America and (a little bit
also) in Australia.
